突发重大自然灾害因其破坏性极大,往往造成严重的危害。2008年初在我国南方发生的低温雨雪冰冻灾害和5月12日四川汶川的特大地震灾害,对人民群众的生命财产造成了极严重的损毁,保障灾区人民食物供给和食品安全成为抗灾救灾的头等重要大事之一。本文主要就重大自然灾害所产生的集中供餐、饮用水、食物链、短期食物结构变化等问题进行了分析,以及应对重大自然灾害还存在机制上的短板效应问题;结合这两次突发特大自然灾害的抗灾救灾实践,提出了应对重大自然灾害保障食品安全的四点想法和建议。
