按照《仲裁法》规定,我国的仲裁工作管理应该是“司法行政机关的行政管理,行业协会的宏观和中观的自律性管理,仲裁委员会的微观自律性管理,审判机关的业务监督管理”四位一体的管理模式。但目前这种管理模式并不健全,或缺位、或越位,已成为阻碍仲裁工作在社会主义市场经济条件下持续健康发展的主要因素。本文主要探讨在现有法律、法规条件下,建立仲裁工作地方行业管理模式的可行性。

However, this kind of management mode is not perfect at present, or the vacancy or the offside has become a major factor that hinders the sustained and healthy development of arbitration under the socialist market economy. This article mainly discusses the feasibility of establishing a local industry management mode of arbitration work under the existing laws and regulations.
