对120例159只眼增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变进行了三个阶段的激光治疗。第一阶段不超过1500点,第二阶段1600~2400点,第三阶段不少于2500点。按照影响疗效的危险因素,将患者分3组:视网膜新生血管组,视盘新生血管组和合并玻璃体出血组。结果:治疗后新生血管消退率与新生血管的部位以及是否合并玻璃体出血有关。经两阶段的激光治疗后,新生血管消退率明显上升。其中视网膜新生血管组疗效较好,其他两组疗效较差。
Three hundred and sixty eyes of proliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated with laser in three stages. The first stage does not exceed 1500 points, the second stage of 1600 ~ 2400 points, the third stage of not less than 2500 points. According to the risk factors affecting the curative effect, the patients were divided into 3 groups: retinal neovascularization group, optic disc neovascularization group and combined vitreous hemorrhage group. Results: After treatment, the rate of neovascularization was related to the site of neovascularization and whether or not vitreous hemorrhage. After two stages of laser treatment, neovascular regression rate was significantly increased. Which retinal neovascularization group better efficacy, the other two groups less effective.
