元代至元后期到大德间的诗坛，一变元初庞蔚豪宕的诗风，出现尚雅、尚已、重平淡自然等诸多风格并存的局面。这种诗风的转变，首先来自于至元到大德间朱陆和会的社会思潮以及自由、活跃的社会心理氛围的影响，其次得之于科举废止而带来的刺激，同时也和杂剧、散曲、散文的演变有着重要的关系。
From the Yuan Dynasty to the poetic circles between the late Yuan Dynasty and Dade, the poetic style of Pang Wei in the early Yuan Dynasty turned out to be a combination of many styles, such as being elegant, having yet to be overly light and natural. This change of poetic style first comes from the influence of the social trend of thoughts and the free and active social psychological atmosphere between Zhu Yuan and Dalai Lama to Yuan Dynasty, followed by the abolition of the imperial examination.
