对Fe_(52)Co_(34)Hf_7B_6Cu_1非晶合金进行了低频磁脉冲处理,研究低温真空退火对磁脉冲处理Fe_(52)_Co_(34)Hf_7B_6Cu_1非晶软磁性能的影响.结果表明,磁脉冲处理导致非晶合金发生纳米晶化,析出晶态相α-Fe(Co),晶粒尺寸为5-10 nm,形成的纳米晶粒弥散分布于非晶基体的双相纳米合金中.对磁脉冲处理的试样进行低温真空退火,可以进一步优化纳米合金的软磁性能,在100℃退火可以得到最佳的软磁性能.
The effects of low temperature vacuum annealing on the soft magnetic properties of Fe_ (52) Co_ (34) Hf_7B_6Cu_1 amorphous alloys treated by low frequency vacuum annealing were studied.The results show that the magnetic pulse The nanocrystallization of the amorphous alloy occurs and the crystalline phase α-Fe (Co) is precipitated and the grain size is 5-10 nm. The formed nanocrystalline grains are dispersed and distributed in the nanocrystalline alloy of amorphous phase. Pulse-annealed samples annealed at low temperature can further optimize the soft magnetic properties of the nano-alloy, annealed at 100 ℃ to get the best soft magnetic properties.
