本文通过自己的教学体验,运用举例子的方法,论证了教师在实施有效课堂中,如何去挖掘自身与学生的非智力因素,提高有效课堂的效率,是我们进行新课改所关注的问题。
Through the teaching experience of our own and using examples, this paper demonstrates that teachers in the implementation of effective classroom, how to tap their own non-intellectual factors and students to improve the efficiency of effective classroom is that we are concerned about the new curriculum reform.
