新加坡实行的是自由市场经济。但与其他自由经济国家不同的是,他们不是实行自由放任政策,而是在政府的干预下,按政府的设想发展的市场经济。 一、宏观决策加经济立法 新加坡政府对经济的干预首先表现在宏观决策上。它通过制定经济发展战略和中长期计划,明确经济发展的目标和重点部门,并在这一基础上制定具体政策措施。政策和措施又以立法的形式加以权位化。
Singapore is practicing a free market economy. However, unlike other free economy countries, they are not implementing the policy of laissez-faire, but rather the market economy developed by the government under government intervention.
