遵照伟大领袖毛主席“自力更生,艰苦奋斗,破除迷信,解放思想”的伟大教导,敢字当头,打破旧框框,于1970年在湖北东方红钢铁厂平炉炼钢车间提出厂房围护结构新方案,采用预应力钢筋悬索挂石棉瓦的新型结构,打破了墙皮结构的习惯做法,经济指标好,制作安装简单,施工方便,加快建设速度,经过一年多的生产使用考验,实践证明效果良好。
In accordance with the great teaching of the great leader Chairman Mao “self-reliance, hard work, breaking superstition, and emancipating the mind”, dared to take the lead and break the old frame, in 1970, proposed a new plan for the building envelope structure at the open hearth steelmaking workshop of Hubei Dongfanghong Iron and Steel Plant.
