我国自改革开放以来,社会经济得到了迅速的提高和改善,尤其是作为公共基础项目的公路建设更是取得了突飞猛进的发展,截止2012年,全国公路通车里程423.8万km。城际公路、省际公路、高速公路等多种公路工程项目的建设,在带动我国公路建设行业兴起的同时,其造价管理工作也存在着诸多的问题和不足,尤其是当前我国全面进入市场化经济,新的经济形势更是给各施工企业提出了新的要求和挑战。本文对当前我国公路工程造价管理工作在招投标阶段中存在的问题和不足进行分析和总结,并就如何提高和优化公路工程招投标造价管理提出自己的建议和看法,以期更好的提高公路工程的建设质量和水平,推动我国公路建设的可持续发展。
