目的研究增血宁的免疫调节活性及抗氧化活性。方法采用淋巴细胞转化试验、溶血素测定、单核吞噬细胞功能测定检测增血宁免疫调节活性;采用测定血及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及测定心肌组织过氧化脂质(MDA)检测增血宁抗氧化作用。结果增血宁对淋巴细胞转化反应具有调节作用;溶血素生成能力及单核吞噬系统的功能明显加强;血及肝组织中SOD活性增加,心肌组织中MDA含量降低。结论增血宁能增强小鼠的非特异免疫功能及小鼠的特异性体液免疫应答能力;并具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the immunomodulatory activity and anti-oxidative activity of ZXXR. Methods Lymphocyte transformation assay, hemolysin assay and mononuclear phagocyte function assay were used to detect the immunomodulatory activity of JXRT. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood and liver tissue and the activities of MDA ) Detection of anti-oxidation of blood-Ning instead. Results Zaokangning could regulate the lymphocyte transformation reaction. The hemolysin production ability and the function of mononuclear phagocytic system were significantly enhanced. The activity of SOD in blood and liver tissue increased and the content of MDA in myocardium decreased. Conclusion ZXR can enhance nonspecific immune function in mice and mice specific humoral immune response; and have some antioxidant activity.
