国内对螺旋压力机基础的设计,多按相应大小的机械压力机基础类比,很少作动力计算。对基础的受载情况,也未作过深入研究,设计是比较粗糙的。随着我国大型螺旋压力机的陆续生产,同时又从引进的西德哈森公司4000吨液压螺旋压力机的基础设计和施工中吸取了经验,迫切感到我国急需对此基础的设计方法开展研究,应当提出一套符合螺旋压力机特点的基础设计方法。本文在研究了螺旋压力机基础受载的特点后,提出基础的动力计算方法,并对基础的结构提出了一些看法。
Domestically based on the design of the screw press, press the corresponding size of the mechanical press based analogy, little power calculation. On the basis of the load situation, nor made in-depth study, the design is relatively rough. With the continuous production of large-scale screw presses in our country and the experience gained in the basic design and construction of the 4,000-ton hydraulic screw press introduced from West Germany, we urgently need to study the design method of this foundation urgently. Proposed a set of basic design methods in line with the characteristics of screw press. After studying the characteristics of screw press foundation, this paper puts forward the basic dynamic calculation method and puts forward some opinions on the basic structure.
