合球是一项鼓励合作、限制对抗、男女混合的团队球类运动,因在我国发展时间较短,在训练和比赛中技战术的教授和运用存在诸多不合理之处。文章通过对合球比赛中常用的两种切入上篮动作方式进行实验前后的数据对比、检验以及分析,探索合理、高效的切入上篮技术动作,以期为我国合球运动技战术的教学、训练和比赛提供实践参考。研究结果表明,篮球投篮技术中行进间低手上篮动作用于合球的切入上篮时,经过专项技术训练可以较快适应新的出手角度和速度,使得命中率得到较大提高;行进间双手低手切入上篮的技术动作训练效果优于行进间低手上篮技术动作训练效果。 Co-hockey is a team ball game that encourages cooperation, limits confrontation and mixes men and women. The article compares and verifies the data before and after the experiment by using two kinds of cut-in-basket-action methods commonly used in the match, and explores reasonable and efficient cut-and-drop technical action in order to provide instruction and training for the technical and tactic of Chinese ball sports. And the competition provides a practical reference. The results show that the basketball shooting skills in low-handed layup basket for the basket into the basket, after a special technical training can quickly adapt to the new shot angle and speed, making the hit rate has been greatly improved; Low-handed hands cut into the basket of technical action training effect is better than the line of low-rise basket technical action training effect.
