我厂生产的ZL40、ZL50装载机是一种较大型的多用途和高效率的工程机械。槽钢大梁是装载机后车架的关键件,前后端分别与后铰接架、车尾架焊接,两大梁间与副车架支承架焊接,形成后车架主体结构。大梁承受的是一种变化复杂的周期载荷,且经常承受冲击和超载,还要受焊接残余应力的影响,故要求大梁具有良好的综合机械性能。 我厂自1972年生产装载机以来,到1994年共采用过两种型式的槽钢大梁。
The ZL40 and ZL50 loaders produced by our factory are a kind of large multi-purpose and high-efficiency construction machinery. The channel girder is the key part of the loader rear frame. The front and rear ends are respectively welded with the rear hinge frame and the rear frame. The two girders are welded with the subframe support frame to form the rear frame main structure. The girder is subjected to a complex cyclic load, and often bear the impact and overload, but also by welding residual stress, it requires the girder has a good overall mechanical properties. Since the production of loaders in our factory in 1972, two types of channel girders have been adopted by 1994.
