本文提出了一种新的排气方式——台下分解和台下激活。阐述了提出这种排气方式的实验依据和特点,介绍了二极管中的实验结果和在显象管中的应用情况。二极管采用台下分解的排气方式,使阴极分解过程中二氧化碳的分压强降低5个数量级,阴极发射密度提高一倍。对9英寸和12英寸显象管作台下分解试验,结果阴极活性显著提高,延长了使用寿命,9英寸显象管寿命达11000小时。
In this paper, a new exhaust method is proposed, that is, under-table decomposition and under-table activation. The experimental basis and characteristics of the proposed exhaust method are expounded. The experimental results in the diode and its application in the CRT are introduced.
