纪检监察机关贯彻好党的十八大精神,必须把全面推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设的新要求新目标落到实处,切实抓好教育制度监督等各项工作。一要抓廉政教育,筑牢思想防线。要突出抓好理想信念和宗旨教育、党性党风党纪教育、法制教育、诚信教育和保持党的纯洁性教育,坚持经常性的示范教育和警示教育,全面推进廉政文化建设,不断增强党员干部反腐倡廉的自觉性、拒腐防变的坚定性,促进干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明。
Discipline inspection and supervision organs must satisfactorily carry out the 18th National Congress of the CPC. We must implement the new requirements of the new system of punishing and preventing corruption in an all-round way and do a good job in monitoring the education system. First, we must grasp the clean government and build a firm ideological line of defense. We should give prominence to education in ideals, beliefs and purposes, party spirit, party discipline education, legal education, honesty education and the maintenance of purity education in the party. We should continue to carry out regular demonstration education and warning education so as to promote the building of a clean and honest administration in an all-round way and continuously increase anti- Consciousness of advocating honesty and resoluteness, the firmness of refusing to guard against corruption and change, promoting the integrity of cadres, the clean government, and the clear-cut politics.
