目的:探讨抗生素在临床上合理应用的方法。方法:对有关临床上的应用抗生素的资料进行综合分析。结果:当前临床上不合理应用抗生素的情况较为严重,导致发生的不良后果明显。结论:严格掌握抗生素的使用原则,明确感染病菌和药敏、采取适当给药途径和疗程以及正确联合用药、因人而异、排除医疗恶习干扰、严格管理,可防止抗生素的不合理应用和滥用。
Objective: To explore the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods: The clinical application of antibiotics in a comprehensive analysis of the data. Results: At present, the situation of clinically unreasonable use of antibiotics is more serious, resulting in obvious adverse consequences. Conclusions: Strict control of the use of antibiotics, clear infection of bacteria and drug sensitivity, take appropriate route of administration and treatment and the right combination of medication varies from person to person, excluding medical abuse interference, strict management, to prevent the irrational use of antibiotics and abuse .
