我国是一个人口大国,一个庞大国家的治理离不开法律的约束。然而我国在很多方面上还是面临着法律知识无法全面普及的尴尬现状,不仅仅是在国家整体法律上存在一定的缺陷,更重要的是人民普遍对法律的认知度不高。法律的普及有赖于从年青一代身上能够有效的改变。于是,在培养新一代法律认知者们的责任显得尤为重要。主要集中在青少年时期的学生们,我们的高中生正处于人生的十字路口,正处于一个不断从外界吸收知识的年龄,然而对外界的感知大部分从家庭获得。因此,我国对高中生法律意识的培养迫在眉睫。那么如何培养我们高中生的法律意识呢?社会和家庭又该承担怎样的责任,为我们高中生法律教育营造怎样的法律学习环境?本文将针对这一问题进行深刻的分析,主要从人性观、家庭亲密度和适应性中分析相关性以及培养策略。
Our country is a populous country. The governance of a huge country can not be separated from the law. However, in many aspects, our country still faces the embarrassing situation that the legal knowledge can not be universally popularized. It not only has certain defects in the overall national law, but more importantly, the people generally have a low awareness of the law. The popularity of law depends on the effective change that can be made from the younger generation. Therefore, it is particularly important to cultivate the responsibility of a new generation of legal cognizant. Students mainly in adolescence, our high school students are at the crossroads of life and are at an age of constantly absorbing knowledge from the outside world, yet the perception of the outside world is mostly from the home. Therefore, our country’s legal awareness of high school students training is imminent. So how to cultivate our high school students’ legal awareness? What kind of responsibility should society and family take, and how to create a legal learning environment for our senior high school students? This article will conduct a profound analysis of this issue, mainly from the perspective of human nature, Family cohesion and adaptability in the analysis of relevance and training strategies.
