目的探讨深圳市宝安区伤害流行特征,为开展伤害预防干预提供依据。方法以2006—2009年到深圳市3家伤害监测哨点医院之一的宝安区某街道医院急诊科就诊的伤害患者为研究对象,调查患者的年龄、性别、职业和伤害类型、原因、发生地点以及伤害发生时的活动。结果 2006—2008年伤害病例数呈逐年上升趋势,而2009年比2008年下降14.6%。2006—2009年伤害病例人次数男、女之比分别为3.43、3.37、3.33和3.43。伤害发生主要以生产运输设备操作人员及有关人员为主,有51198例,占总例数的70.12%。结论深圳宝安区伤害以工人的职业伤害为主,职业伤害成为一个严重的公共卫生问题,是当前宝安区预防伤害优先干预的领域。
Objective To explore the prevalent injury characteristics in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City and provide the basis for prevention and treatment of injuries. Methods From 2006 to 2009, one injured patient in the emergency department of one street hospital in Bao’an District, one of three hospitals for the surveillance of sentinel injury in Shenzhen, was selected as the research object to investigate the patients’ age, gender, occupational and injury types, causes, As well as the activities at the time of the injury. Results The number of cases of injuries in 2006-2008 showed a rising trend year by year, while in 2009 it dropped by 14.6% compared with 2008. The number of male and female injuries in 2006-2009 were 3.43, 3.37, 3.33 and 3.43, respectively. Injury occurred mainly in the production of transport equipment operators and related personnel, 51198 cases, accounting for 70.12% of the total number of cases. Conclusions Injury in Shenzhen Baoan District is dominated by occupational injuries. Occupational injury has become a serious public health problem and is currently the priority area for prevention of injury in Bao’an District.
