作者应用Low shear-30流变测定仪,采用改良方法测定200名健康新生儿和儿童(男103名,女97名)的全血触变参数,为4个不同年龄组(新生儿、1~5岁组、5~10岁组、10~15岁组)儿童的血液触变参数的正常值范围提供了参考数据。并发现:新生儿组的各触变参数明显高于其他三组。而1~10岁的两个年龄组的血液触交参数低于10~15岁年龄组,前三组儿童的血液触变参数无性别差异,而10~15岁组上述参数出现性别差异。说明这些参数随年龄的变化是与儿童生长发育、生理活动相适应的。
The authors used the Low shear-30 rheometer to determine the whole blood thixotropic parameters of 200 healthy newborns and children (103 males and 97 females) by modified method, which were used in 4 different age groups (newborns, 5-year-old group, 5 to 10-year-old group, 10 to 15-year-old group) children with normal range of blood thrombosis parameters provide reference data. And found that: neonatal thixotropic parameters were significantly higher than the other three groups. The blood contact parameters of two age groups from 1 to 10 years old were lower than those of 10 to 15 years old group. There was no gender difference in the thixotropic parameters of blood in the first three groups, while the gender differences of the above parameters in the age group of 10-15 years old. Explain that the change of these parameters with age is compatible with children’s growth and development and physiological activities.
