目的:观察白花丹参水提物对实验性糖尿病大鼠胰腺功能的影响,明确其治疗作用。方法:以高糖高脂饮食喂养的90只雄性Wistar大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(25 mg/kg)建立糖尿病(DM)模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组、中药高,中,低剂量组,于给药第4周后测FPG、INSULIN、MDA、SOD等指标,进行统计分析。结果:与模型组相比,中药组、西药组对糖尿病模型大鼠血糖和胰腺均有显著的治疗作用,FPG、MDA明显降低,INSULIN、SOD明显升高,优于模型组(P<0.01);中药治疗组随剂量的增加,效果显著增加,而以中药大剂量组效果最好,明显优于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论:白花丹参水提物对糖尿病大鼠胰腺功能有显著的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the function of pancreas in experimental diabetic rats and to clarify its therapeutic effect. Methods: Ninety male Wistar rats fed with a high-sugar and high-fat diet were injected with streptozotocin (25 mg / kg) into the tail vein to establish the diabetic model and were randomly divided into blank group, model group, western medicine group, The high, middle and low dose groups were measured FPG, INSULIN, MDA, SOD and other indicators after 4 weeks of administration for statistical analysis. Results: Compared with the model group, the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group had significant therapeutic effects on the blood glucose and pancreas in diabetic rats, FPG and MDA were significantly decreased, INSULIN and SOD were significantly increased, which was better than the model group (P <0.01) ; Chinese medicine treatment group with the dose increased, the effect was significantly increased, while the traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group the best, significantly better than the other groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza has a significant protective effect on pancreatic function in diabetic rats.
