近几年我国每年都有几百万大学生加入就业大军,大学毕业生就业难已成为不争的事实和社会各界关注的重大问题。根据发达国家的经验,就业率和岗位存在显著关系,工作岗位增加必然意味着就业率的提高,其中小企业是工作岗位的有力提供者。而对于高师音乐学专业的学生来说,择业、就业的可选择余地相比其它专业的毕业生更小,竞争压力也更为严峻。基于学生就业视角看高师音乐学专业的课程设置的构建就尤为重要。
In recent years, millions of college students have joined the employment force each year in our country. Employment of university graduates has become an indisputable fact and a major issue of concern to all sectors of society. According to the experience of developed countries, there is a significant relationship between the employment rate and the post. Increasing the number of jobs will inevitably mean an increase in the employment rate. Small and medium-sized enterprises are powerful providers of jobs. For students majoring in music education in higher normal colleges, the choices of employment and employment are smaller than those of other graduates and the pressure of competition is even more severe. From the perspective of student employment, it is particularly important to construct the curriculum of music education major in normal university.
