红壤丘陵茶区,虽气候温和,雨量充沛,土层深厚,排水良好,适于茶树生长。但往往由于雨量分布不均,多集中于4~6月,7~9月雨量稀少,此时月平均最高温度常至30℃,土温高达40℃以上。且因日光直射,空气中湿度小,促成茶芽花青素增多,栅状组织发达,易于纤维化。加之红壤有机质含量少,致使芽叶瘦小,叶质轻薄,造成成茶香低味淡,甚至粗涩苦口。如何提高红壤丘陵地区茶叶品质,发挥成茶经济效益,是当前茶叶科学工作者共同关心的问题。兹就我在实践工作中的体会,谈谈一些粗浅的看法,以供大家参考;
Red soil hilly tea area, although the climate is mild, abundant rainfall, deep soil, good drainage, suitable for tea tree growth. But often due to uneven distribution of rainfall, mostly concentrated in April to June, July to September scarce rainfall, the average monthly maximum temperature to 30 ℃, soil temperature up to 40 ℃ above. And because of direct sunlight, the humidity in the air is small, resulting in increased tea bud anthocyanins, grid-like tissue developed, easy to fibrosis. In addition, the content of organic matter in the red soil is small, resulting in small buds and leaves and thin leaves, resulting in a low light taste and even a bitter and bitter mouth. How to improve the quality of tea in the hilly red soil regions and bring into full play the economic benefits of tea production is a common concern for tea scientists at present. Let me talk about some superficial views on my experience in practical work for your reference.
