低碳交通作为日常出行的低能耗低排放低污染的交通方式,成为城市可持续交通发展的趋势。当前,公共自行车等慢行交通作为一种健康短程的低碳出行方式受到广大杭州市民的青睐。但是,近年来由于杭州市慢行交通公共产品在不同时空维度上的需求存在差异性特征,导致政府供给与居民需求出现脱节。论文针对不同区域居民出行在时间与空间维度上的现状特征,提出了完善公共自行车系统的供需状况失衡的相关措施。
Low-carbon transportation, as a low-emission, low-emission, low-pollution mode of transport for daily travel, has become a trend of sustainable urban transport development. At present, slow traffic such as public bicycles as a healthy short-range low-carbon travel by the majority of Hangzhou citizens of all ages. However, in recent years, due to the different characteristics of Hangzhou’s slow transit public goods in different dimensions of time and space, the supply of government and the demand of residents appear out of line. In view of the status quo features of residents traveling in different regions in terms of time and space, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the unbalance between supply and demand of public bicycle system.
