1973年1月至1993年12月,日本Ku-rume大学医学院外科部手术治疗22例原发结直肠癌术后仅发生肺转移的病人,男13例,女9例,平均年龄59岁(40～70岁)。原发肿瘤位于右半结肠3例,左半结肠6例,直肠12例,肛管1例。UICC分期Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期6例,Ⅲ期13例,Ⅳ期2例。10例为高分化腺癌,9例为中分化腺癌,3例为低分化腺癌。从原发癌切除到发现肺转移平均29个月(5～70个月)。22例中一个转移灶者18例,
From January 1973 to December 1993, the Department of Surgery of Ku-rume University School of Medicine in Japan surgically treated 22 patients with primary colorectal cancer who only had pulmonary metastasis. There were 13 males and 9 females with a mean age of 59 years ( 40 to 70 years old). The primary tumor was located in 3 cases of right colon, 6 cases of left colon, 12 cases of rectum, and 1 case of anal canal. One case of UICC was staged in phase I, 6 in stage II, 13 in stage III, and 2 in stage IV. Ten cases were well-differentiated adenocarcinomas, 9 were moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas, and 3 were poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas. From the time of primary cancer resection to the discovery of lung metastases, an average of 29 months (5 to 70 months). Among 22 cases, one metastasis occurred in 18 cases.
