我国大规模的城市轨道交通建设对于人才的需求与日俱增,建设领域的人才需求体现了与以往不同的特征,本文总结了轨道交通人才培养课程体系的发展历程,从建设规范体系的变化、多学科融合的角度分析了城市轨道交通设备课程的设置必要性以及未来的发展趋势。
The demand for talent in large-scale urban rail transit construction in our country is increasing day by day. The demand for talents in the construction field embodies the characteristics different from those in the past. This paper summarizes the development course of the personnel training curriculum for rail transit. From the changes of the system of construction norms, The necessity of setting up the urban rail transit equipment course and the future development trend are analyzed.
