为了更高效地选择农机维修企业,提高农机维修能力评估的科学性、客观性,运用系统原理构建了农机维修企业能力评估指标体系,并在此基础上采用离差函数以及最小二乘原理将主、客观赋权法相组合,建立优化模型—最小二乘组合赋权法(Least-squares Combination Weighting Method,LS-CWM),通过求解优化模型确定指标权重。这样既兼顾到专家经验,又可避免主观因素过多的随意性,使得最终评估结果更为客观合理、有效可靠。
