目的:检测枸杞多糖对实验性高血压妊娠小鼠血压和胎鼠发育的影响。方法:提取宁夏枸杞多糖;冷刺激诱导建立孕小鼠高血压模型。将小鼠分为5组:正常妊娠对照组(A组)、冷刺激妊娠组(模型组,B组)、冷刺激+不同浓度多糖组(实验组,C-E组)。C、D、E组分别灌胃给予枸杞多糖5mg/kg、10mg/kg、20mg/kg,qd×18d;A组、B组相应地给予等量生理盐水,连续饲养18d。妊娠小鼠颈动脉插管记录血压,剖宫检测胎盘、胎鼠重,全长、体长。结果:B组血压显著高于A组(P<0.01),实验组血压与A组比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。B组胎盘、胎鼠重,全长、体长显著低于A组(P<0.01);实验组与A组比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枸杞多糖对实验性高血压妊娠小鼠有降低血压、保护胎儿发育的作用。
Objective: To detect the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on blood pressure and fetal rat development in experimental hypertensive mice. Methods: Lycium barbarum polysaccharide was extracted from Ningxia. Cold stimulation was used to induce the model of hypertension in pregnant mice. The mice were divided into 5 groups: normal pregnancy control group (A group), cold stimulation pregnant group (model group, B group), cold stimulation + different concentration of polysaccharide group (experimental group, C-E group). Groups C, D and E were intragastrically given LBP 5mg / kg, 10mg / kg, 20mg / kg, qd × 18d; Group A, B were given the same amount of saline accordingly, feeding 18d. Pregnancy mice carotid catheterization blood pressure, cesarean section detection of placenta, fetal rat weight, length, body length. Results: The blood pressure in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in blood pressure between experimental group and group A (P> 0.05). The placenta, fetal rat weight, total length and body length in group B were significantly lower than those in group A (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between experimental group and group A (P> 0.05). Conclusion: LBP can reduce blood pressure and protect fetus development in experimental hypertensive pregnancy mice.
