体育教学作为我国教育体系的重要组成,承载着教授学生知识和技能,培养学生体育意识的重要教育职能。传统高校体育教学,侧重学生体育技能教学,忽略了学生的主观学习需求和个体性差异,教学理念和教学方法过于老旧,学生学习兴趣低下,教学效果差。层次教学是一种新型的教学模式,提倡将学生按个体差异分组,针对性调整教学方法教学,以达到提高课堂教学效率的目的。实践证明,应用层次教学方法,可有效提高高校体育教学质量。
As an important part of our education system, PE teaching carries the important education function of teaching students knowledge and skills and cultivating students’ sports awareness. Traditional physical education in colleges and universities, focusing on teaching students physical skills, neglected the students ’subjective learning needs and individual differences, teaching concepts and teaching methods are too old, students’ low interest in learning, teaching poor. Hierarchical teaching is a new type of teaching mode, which advocates grouping students according to individual differences and adjusting teaching methods so as to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. Practice has proved that the application of teaching methods can effectively improve college PE teaching quality.
