中学语文教材“基本篇目”的选定与公布已有年,教学、复习、考试有了统一的重点范围,其作用应该肯定,不少篇目确实选得也好。但由于本身存在的难以克服的局限性,经过近两三年教学实践的检验,“基本篇目”已日益适应不了当前社会形势急剧发展的需要。不少课文学生不感兴趣,学了未必有所得有所用;教师则感到难教,难收实效。急需改革,其辨有二:
The selection and publication of Chinese textbooks for secondary schools “basic articles ” have been unified and focused over the past years. Teaching, reviewing and examinations should have a unified focus, and their role should be affirmed. Many articles are really selected.
