近年来应用气体注入玻璃体腔联合其他术式治疗复杂的视网膜脱离进展较快,明显地提高了疗效,简化了手术程序,减少了并发症。国外应用SF_6、C_3F_8等惰性气体较多。国内文献报导多用空气,也有用C_3F_8者,而应用SF_6尚未见报导,我院自1987年6月至1989年9月应用SF_6注入玻璃体腔联合巩膜缩短或局部巩膜垫压,环扎术、玻璃体切割术及激光凝固等治疗后极部裂孔包括黄斑裂孔及伴有明显的玻璃体视网膜增殖性改变的视网膜脱离21例,报告如下。
