装配式单层厂房施工中,基础杯口模板的传统制作方法是用木模板配制上大下小的木模,外包钉油毡(或其他隔离材料),并用8号铁丝缠绕钉在模板上,以备混凝土初凝后,用铰链起出木模。这种方法既浪费木材,又加大了人力的投入。我单位经与设计人员研究,在最近几年施工的装配式单层厂房中,改杯口上大下小为上下口径一致,采用定型钢模配制杯口模板,支拆都很便捷。现将具体作法介绍如下。
In the construction of a prefabricated single-storey factory building, the traditional method of making the base cup formwork is to use a wooden formwork to prepare a large and small wooden mold, to wrap the nail linoleum (or other insulating material), and use a number 8 wire to wrap the nail on the template. After preparing the concrete for initial setting, use a hinge to lift the wooden mold. This method wastes both wood and manpower. After studying with the designers, our unit has changed the configuration of the single-storey factory building constructed in recent years. The specific practices are described below.
