吴保山将军是原福州军区副政委,他1930年参加革命,1934年由团转党。参加过土地革命战争、长征、抗日战争、解放战争和抗美援朝。建国后担任了沈阳军区政治部主任、副政委、总参谋部三部政委等职。1955年被授予少将军衔。吴保山将军不满19岁时参加了二万五千里长征,他后来写过一篇充满革命浪漫主义色彩的文章——《露营》,描述了长征中红军战士们露营和用餐的经历,给人以无限的遐想和奋进的力量。在红军长征胜利70周年即将到来的时候,将军的夫人——省妇联原副主任丁世容披露了将军在长征期间一些鲜为人知的故事。
General Wu Baoshan is the former deputy political commissar of the Fuzhou Military Region. He joined the revolution in 1930 and was transferred by the delegation in 1934. Participated in the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the Long March, the Anti-Japanese War, the War of Liberation and the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, he served as Director of the Political Department of the Shenyang Military Region, Deputy Political Commissar, and General Political Staff of the three commissions. In 1955 was awarded the rank of major general. General Wu Baoshan, who was under 19 years of age when he joined the Long March at the age of 19, later wrote an article full of revolutionary romanticism, “Camping,” describing camping and dining experiences of Red Army soldiers in the Long March, With unlimited reverie and progressive force. When the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Red Army was approaching, General Ding Shurong, the general’s wife, former deputy director of the Provincial Women’s Federation, disclosed some of the little-known stories the General made during the Long March.
