要使混凝土蒸养后的残余变形最小或趋于稳定值,就要求其初始结构强度和密实度趋于最大值,热烫工艺正是为达到这个目的而设计的。混凝土热烫工艺就是在刚浇注成型好的混凝土制品表面盖以湿布,然后将热水干热器置于布上,使游离水从制品表面经布自由流出。随着游离水流出,水灰比降低,加速了面层初凝,形成一定的初始强度,从而减少静停时间,缩短养护周期,进而加速模板周转,提高劳动生产率。热烫工艺采用先“热烫”静停、后快速蒸养的方式。为使混凝土早期强度形成较快,可掺Na_2SO_4等早强剂,热水干热器中的热水温度为80℃,用不断通入蒸汽来实现恒温;热水干热器的重量可对制

The scalding process adopts the method of “blanching” first and then steaming quickly. In order to make early strength of concrete faster, it can be mixed with Na_2SO_4 and other early strength agents. The hot water temperature in the hot water dryer is 80°C. Constant temperature steam is used to achieve constant temperature; the weight of the hot water dryer can be controlled.
