牙源性咽旁间隙感染是一种少见的颌面部化脓性疾病,因解剖位置深在,又伴有程度不同的张口受限,常影响早期诊断和治疗,所遇9例报告如下。 临床资料 本文9例,男5例,女4例;年龄最大60岁。最小25岁,平均年龄37岁;病程最长10天,最短2天,平均5天;感染来源:3例发生于下颌阻生智齿拔牙后感染,4例发生于下颌智齿冠周炎,1例8牙槽脓肿,1例8牙周脓肿;左侧5例,右侧4例。
Nasal parapharyngeal space infection is a rare maxillofacial purulent disease, due to deep anatomical location, accompanied by varying degrees of limited mouth opening, often affecting the early diagnosis and treatment, the case of 9 cases are reported below. The clinical data of 9 cases, 5 males and 4 females; the oldest 60 years old. The youngest 25 years old, the average age of 37 years; duration of up to 10 days, the shortest 2 days, an average of 5 days; source of infection: 3 cases occurred in mandibular impacted wisdom teeth after tooth extraction, 4 cases occurred in the mandibular wisdom teeth pericoronitis, 8 alveolar abscess, 1 case of 8 periodontal abscess; left in 5 cases, right in 4 cases.
