上海浦东国际机场T1航站楼预留了供旅客捷运的地下通道,其中F1区为地下1层钢筋混凝土结构,深基坑占据大半施工场地,上部为新建3层钢筋混凝土结构。在结构施工与现场道路布置相互制约、几乎无路可走的情况下,通过优化基坑围护第1道混凝土支撑及压顶梁标高;设置临时立柱对6 m层永久结构进行支承,成功达到了利用场地东侧浅基础结构作为现场施工道路的目的。同时合理设置施工缝,解决了高大截面混凝土转换大梁的分步施工难题,既协调了深基坑和浅基础结构施工,又确保了不停航运营要求,加快了工程进度,节约了地下通道费70万元。
