针对C5 0型汽轮机组冷态全压启动时 ,临近并机转速或并机后 ,经常出现下缸温升快于上缸 ,造成上下缸温差大的问题 ,经过综合分析 ,并多方面查找原因 ,认为低压加热器随机启动 ,各个抽汽口的导流作用加强了下汽缸的传热 ,使下汽缸温升加快是造成缸温差异常的主要原因。在机组启动的实践中采用了改变圆周进汽、适当延长高速暖机时间、推迟低加的投入等办法 ,通过这些优化运行操作措施达到了有效控制温差的目的 ,实际表明效果非常理想
