近年来,我国境内频发的各类暴恐袭击事件严重影响社会的稳定发展与人民的安全幸福,成为党和国家在社会公共安全领域的头号敌人。因此,公安机关提高自身暴恐袭击事件现场处置能力迫在眉睫、刻不容缓。
In recent years, all kinds of frequent terrorist attacks in our country have seriously affected the steady development of society and the safety and well-being of the people and have become the number one enemy of the party and the state in the field of social public security. Therefore, it is imperative for the public security organ to improve the on-the-spot disposal capability of its own terrorist attacks and urgently needs it.
