本文讨论了用有限元法预报竖井冻结壁形成过程中水平截面上的温度分布,从而可预报冻结壁交圈时间以及冻结壁形成与扩展的过程和平均温度。对于三角形单元给出了便于在计算机上求解的所有计算公式。特别是对于单元上的平均热容量、平均热传导系数及结冰潜热的释放提出了简便的计算方法和计算公式。本文还对实际计算模型和冻结管的供冷量提出了合理的建议。
This paper discusses the use of the finite element method to predict the temperature distribution in the horizontal section of the shaft during the formation of the freezing wall, so that the time and the formation and expansion process of the frozen wall can be predicted and the average temperature can be predicted. For triangular elements, all calculation formulae that are easy to solve on a computer are given. Especially for the release of the average heat capacity, the average heat transfer coefficient, and the latent heat of icing on the unit, a simple calculation method and calculation formula are proposed. This paper also puts forward reasonable suggestions for the actual calculation model and the cooling capacity of the freezing pipe.
