以伤寒杆菌为载体，采用物理吸附方法制备了１０个不同的合成多肽－载体免疫原，用这些免疫原对兔子进行免疫，所得抗血清经酶联免疫吸附法检测，具有高效价和强特异性。而且该方法具有较常规化学交联法制备免疫原更多的优点。
Using Salmonella typhimurium as carrier, 10 different synthetic peptide-carrier immunogens were prepared by physical adsorption. Rabbits were immunized with these immunogens. The obtained antiserum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with high titer and strong specificity . Moreover, this method has more advantages than conventional chemical cross-linking method for preparing immunogen.
