用原子吸收分光光度计对88个老年性白内障晶体和20个透明晶体的钾、钠、钙、锰、铜、铁、锌和镁进行测定,指出在透明晶体、皮质性和核性白内障的钠/钾比值分别为0.62、3.01、0.80。老年性皮质性白内障晶体中的钠(315.11mg/100g)和钙(25.94mg/100g)的含量高于透明晶体中的钠(217.11mg/100g)和钙(10.11 mg/100g),而钾(104.56mg/100g)、锌(2.68 mg/100g)和镁(5.37mg/100g)的含量低于透明晶体中的钾(345.61mg/100g)、锌(4.11mg/100g)和镁(7.78 mg/100g)。老年性核性白内障晶体中的钾(228.50mg/100g)和镁(5.49mg/100g)的含量低于透明晶体中的钾(345.61mg/100g)和镁(7.78mg/100g)。老年性核性白内障晶体中的钾(228.5mg/100g)和铁(1.92mg/100g)的含量高于老年性皮质性白内障中的钾(104.56mg/100g)和铁(1.32mg/100g),而钠(183.06mg/100g)和钙(11.93mg/100g)的含量低于老年性皮质性白内障晶体中的钠(315.11mg/100g)和钙(25.94mg/100g)。
