应用免疫组化LSAB法对86例骨组织肿瘤作了P_(53)蛋白反应的观察,其中,恶性肿瘤66例,良性肿瘤20例。结果显示,骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、尤文氏瘤中有高水平的P_(53)蛋白阳性表达,阳性率分别为67.5%、60%、60%。骨纤维肉瘤、滑膜肉瘤和横纹肌肉瘤中P_(53)蛋白阳性表达水平较低,阳性率分别为50%、50%和33.3%。20例骨软骨瘤中阳性反应强度弱,阳性率为25%。表明骨组织恶性肿瘤中存在P_(53)蛋白的积聚,提示P_(53)基因异常和P_(53)蛋白的高表达参与了骨组织恶性肿瘤的发生与发展,特别是在骨肉瘤和软骨肉瘤的发生中起着重要的作用。
Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to observe the P_(53) protein response in 86 cases of bone tissue tumors. Among them, 66 cases were malignant tumors and 20 cases were benign tumors. The results showed that high levels of P_(53) protein were positively expressed in osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, and Ewing’s tumors, and the positive rates were 67.5%, 60%, and 60%, respectively. The positive expression levels of P_(53) protein in bone fibrosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma were low, and the positive rates were 50%, 50%, and 33.3%, respectively. In 20 cases of osteochondroma, the positive reaction was weak and the positive rate was 25%. The accumulation of P_53 protein in malignant bone tumors suggests that the abnormal expression of P_53 gene and the high expression of P_53 protein are involved in the occurrence and development of malignant bone tumors, especially in osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma.
