本文针对冷轧厂汽车板机组圆盘剪刀轴装配的问题,从众多的参数之中找出影响刀轴安装精度的重要参数,形成了提高刀轴安装精度的方法:轴承采用与轴配合的过盈量消除轴向间隙和径向间隙,通过经验公式,计算轴承配对后的剩余径向间隙和轴向间隙,并采用假轴的安装方法,检查其是否有径向间隙或者轴向间隙,在对内外隔圈进行修磨后,采用热装的方法来消除安装时的轴向间隙;推力轴承采用锁紧螺母消除轴承轴向跳动。装配完后,采用撬棒和锤子同时检测跳动的方法,以全面反应出跳动的真实值。通过上述方法,轴向跳动能控制在0~0.5丝,径向跳动能控制在0~5丝,其不但能提高圆盘剪刀片的使用寿命,减少换刀次数;还能提高带钢的边部质量。
