在一般情况下,水库调洪计算采用静库调洪,基本上抓住了主要方面,成果尚能与实际符合。但对于库面窄长呈河道型、库位不高、库区流量相对较大的水库,如仍采用静库调洪,误差就较大,特别是库区有防护要求、调洪方式比较复杂时,其误差就更大。这时,就需按《水利动能设计规范》的规定,考虑入库洪水以动库调洪就比较符合实际,达到为防洪安全在计算上的要求。
