1 病例报告患者女,29岁。以停经24周、头痛眼花半月,诊断为重度妊高征于1991—01—25入院。近半月头昏眼花,双下肢浮肿,尿量减至约700ml/24h,尿频,肉眼血尿,近2日呕吐胃内容物,无呕血。胸闷气短,不能平卧,咯泡沫血痰,胎动次数减少,尿量200～300ml/24h。体查:体温37℃,脉搏114/min,呼吸30/min,血压25/21kea。端坐呼吸,贫血貌,右上肢前臂、前胸、腹壁散在出血点,双小
