钢管结构是工程中常用的一种屋盖结构形式,在实际工程中由于型材定尺生产、加工下料、运输等原因,大量杆件本身需要相互连接。而现有现场焊接连接、法兰连接和螺栓拼接存在施工质量难以保证和视觉不美观等缺点,为改善该种连接节点,提出一种内置刚性连接方式,并进行3个试件的轴心受压试验。研究结果表明,内置刚性连接方式可有效传递轴力,但由于连接处存在截面突变,容易引起应力集中和应力分布不均现象,在设计时应该考虑由此引起的剪切滞后效应。
