目前的保障房设计面积仅仅满足居住功能,由于建设面积较小,一家几口人“窝居”现象普遍存在。本文以赣州市保障性住房为研究背景,分析了保障性住房现状,总结了目前所存在的问题,结合现有研究成果和已有数据在保障性住房面积和房源获取等方面提出自己的想法。
