贵州为摆脱贫困,实现跨越式发展,大力推进工业化,这个过程中,出现了资源浪费、环境污染、生态破坏等现象,这与建设生态文明背道而驰。在建设生态文明的大背景下,发展绿色消费模式是一个重要的突破口。本文首先介绍了绿色消费模式的涵义以及与生态文明的内在联系。其次,在国内外已有的相关评价指标体系基础上,设计一套新型绿色消费评价指标体系。并据此分析贵州构建绿色消费模式过程中现存的问题和矛盾。最后,从政府、企业、消费者三个方面入手,提出措施建议。
In order to get out of poverty and achieve leapfrog development, Guizhou vigorously promotes industrialization. In the process, resources such as waste of resources, environmental pollution and ecological destruction have emerged. This runs counter to the development of ecological civilization. In the context of building ecological civilization, the development of green consumption patterns is an important breakthrough. This article first introduces the meaning of green consumption pattern and the inherent connection with ecological civilization. Secondly, based on the existing relevant evaluation index system at home and abroad, a new set of green consumption evaluation index system is designed. Based on this, the existing problems and contradictions in the process of constructing green consumption pattern in Guizhou are analyzed. Finally, from the government, enterprises, consumers three aspects, put forward measures and suggestions.
