目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮(total flavonoids of Epimedium,TFE)对不同性别大鼠性器官及垂体-性腺轴相关激素的影响。方法:不同性别大鼠分别按100、200、400mg/kg经口给予TFE7天,取性腺和附性器官称重以计算其脏器系数;不同性别大鼠分别按400mg/kg经口给予TFE7天及20天,放免法测定其血清睾酮、雌二醇、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素浓度。结果:给予TFE400mg/kg即可显著提高雄鼠睾丸、附睾、精囊腺和雌鼠子宫的脏器系数,100、200mg/kg作用较弱。TFE连续给予7、20天均可显著提高雄鼠血清T、LH、FSH水平,7天时尚对E2有一定影响;7天时可显著提高雌鼠血清FSH水平,20天时可提高其E2水平。结论:TFE对不同性别大鼠均具有促进性激素分泌的作用,此作用可能与其促进促黄体生成素和促卵泡生成素分泌有关。
Objective: To study the effects of total flavonoids of Epimedium (TFE) on the sex hormones of sexual organs and pituitary gonad axis in different sexes. Methods: Different sexes were administered with TFE for 100 days at 100, 200 and 400 mg / kg, respectively. The gonadal and accessory organs were weighed to calculate their organ coefficient. Different sexes were given TFE at 400 mg / kg for 7 days, Twenty days, the serum testosterone, estradiol, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone concentration were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: TFE400mg / kg can significantly increase the male rat testes, epididymis, seminal vesicles and female uterus organ coefficient, 100,200mg / kg less effect. Serum levels of T, LH and FSH in male rats at 7 and 20 days after continuous administration of TFE were significantly higher than those at 7 and 7 days respectively. Serum levels of FSH were significantly increased at 7 days and E2 levels at 20 days. CONCLUSION: TFE can promote the secretion of sex hormones in different sexes, which may be related to the promotion of the secretion of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone.
