新疆生产建设兵团是新中国组建的屯垦戍边组织。兵团在发展历程中,有效地促进了民族团结、经济发展、文化繁荣,这得益于兵团政治、经济、文化建设三重维度的探索和创新。分析兵团的政治、经济、文化建设特点,有助于总结兵团建设经验,为其在新阶段更好地发挥“三大作用”提供经验借鉴。
Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is a new Chinese government stationed in frontiers and frontiers. Corps has effectively promoted ethnic unity, economic development and cultural prosperity in the course of its development. This has benefited from the exploration and innovation of the three dimensions of the political, economic and cultural construction of the Corps.
