采用金相检验等方法,对农机车制动蹄的断裂进行了分析.结果表明,制动蹄的断裂性质属疲劳断裂,应力分布较大的两焊缝前缘端头处存在的焊接咬口缺陷是致断的原因.
The rupture of the brake shoe of the agricultural locomotive is analyzed by means of metallographic examination.The results show that the fracture nature of the brake shoe belongs to the fatigue fracture and the welding seam Defect is the cause of the break.
